Anne and Harvey have for several years been training and reflecting with Claire Petitmengin on a simple yet precise process that allows us to discover what we usually miss in our own lived experience. We find it especially meaningful in the context of seeing into the subtle gestures of our own meditation. We invite you to a day of discovery with us focused on Jigme Lingpa’s first pith instruction. As you know, this practice itself has three distinct components to explore and, taken as a whole. already encompasses the core processes of our deepest practices.

We offer this in response to the opportunity it provides students like yourselves. We have found it a definite enhancement in our own practice and invite you to join us in discovering how it can benefit you.

The program will be online only. It gives you the opportunity to engage in the discovery in dyads or triads, including live mentoring in breakout rooms by the Lamas. We are scheduling it in such a way that our European students can also participate. Discussion of necessity limited to those who are live on zoom, it will not be available for later viewing by non-participants. Space is limited.
