Our lived experience is a source of enormous wisdom, and yet typically we are barely aware of it. In this daylong workshop, you will learn and become able to incorporate simple, precise, and personally enriching ways for uncovering some of what is inside you. 

We offer this because of our own experience with it. We have seen that when we relax and invite ourselves to take a fresh look at even a small moment of experience, we are often surprised. That surprise helps wake us up to new possibilities in our meditation, personal relationships and basic openness to life. This is a method that has been widely used in many research settings; we have modified it as a support for the kinds of discovery most relevant to connecting practice with our own personal ways of being in the world.   Such seeing can change our lives.
