Compassion Cultivation TrainingTM (CCT) is an eight-week evidence-based program developed by Thupten Jinpa and colleagues at the Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education (CCARE) at Stanford University and overseen by the Compassion Institute.

CCT utilizes insights and techniques from psychology, neuroscience, and contemplative practice.  The course integrates evidence-based meditation techniques, interactive discussions, and lectures as well as real-world exercises to put learning into practice.  This is a real-time course, and will be taught via the Zoom platform, and classes will not be recorded.

Participants will receive:

A CCT workbook/journal (.pdf)
A website with guided meditations and other class resources
Over 20 hours of guided meditations (streamable and downloadable .mp3 formats). The meditations were done by Thupten Jinpa and Kelly McGonigal of CCARE, and Dr. Gitchel.
