This season we begin our journey through one of the most beloved text-teachings of India and Tibet, from which HH the Dalai Lama once said he learned everything he needed, Shantideva's famous text on how to be and act from the heart of compassion in every part of life (Bodhisattvacaryavatara).  Essential for practitioners of every level.  We'll take it slow, let it become a part of us.
