Acceptance and Discernment:  Enhancing Life & Spiritual Practice
First and Third Tuesdays

We run from our experience in many ways. Sometimes this is a necessary strategy.  We can grow our ability to accept and explore our experience practically, emotionally, and spiritually and this enhances our sense of aliveness and richness.  Our three session mini-course will deepen our understanding of these possibilities

Dr. Mark Yurewicz:  Acceptance in psychotherapy and daily life - June 6, 2023
Dr. Dent Gitchell:  Acceptance emotionally and spiritually - June 20, 2023
Lama Rigzin and Lama Namgyal:  Discovering your own experience:  Discernment as method - July 5, 2023

NOTE:  No class Independence Day (July 4), instead it will be Wednesday, July 5, 2023

Fee:  $75/$60/$45**
          FREE for Dawn Mountain Full Members* (Full members must still register to receive links)

*Full members are those who contribute $480/year or greater
