11:00am-Noon
PLEASE NOTE: "Teaching Tuesdays" have now moved to Sundays! Available in-person and online and as always, all sessions will be archived once broadcast and may be accessed after-the-fact.
In every session of Dzogchen teaching and meditation, we frame our activity with love and compassion (bodhicitta) at the outset and the end, and in the middle practice with whatever wisdom we have. These are absolutely essential. This being said, there can be a rich and subtle interplay between developing love and wisdom and this will be our focus for the Fall first and third Sunday teaching series.
We will be drawing on material from early little-known discourses of the Buddha, later commentarial material from Longchenpa, biographical material from the great Dzogchen master Patrul Rinpoche, and mind training material (lojong) specifically sending and receiving (tonglen).
Taught by Lamas Rigzin Drolam (Anne C. Klein), Namgyal Dorje (Harvey Aronson), and Rigzin Sherab Gyatso (Nathaniel Rich).
